Rates

Rate Sheet

LEVEL4 Music Studio
Serving Maryland • Washington, DC • Virginia

All rates are based on the current LEVEL4 Music Studio Rate Sheet. Pricing varies by service type, session length, and project scope.

Booking & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Remaining balances are due at the start of the session or before delivery of final assets.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

48+ hours notice: deposit may be credited toward a future session.
Less than 48 hours notice: deposit is forfeited.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed in full.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Session Time & Overtime

Session time begins at the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals do not extend session time.
Overtime is billed according to the current rate sheet and must be approved by the studio.

Mixing & Mastering

Mixing and mastering include a limited number of revisions as outlined in the rate sheet.
Additional revisions, recalls, or scope changes may incur additional fees.
Clear creative direction and reference tracks are strongly encouraged.

Deliverables & File Retention

Standard deliverables include WAV (24-bit) and MP3 formats.
Stems, alternate formats, and recalls are billed separately.
Session files are retained for 30 days after final delivery.

Studio Rules

No smoking or illegal substances on the premises.
No weapons or firearms of any kind permitted on the premises.
Respect all studio staff, equipment, and other clients.
No unapproved guests in control rooms or live rooms.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

Video Services

Appearance and release forms are required for all video sessions.
Raw footage is not included unless otherwise agreed.
Music video projects may require a separate production agreement.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Most projects are completed within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery options are available during checkout if you’re on a tighter schedule.

Can I request revisions?

Absolutely. Every service includes three complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
